Dhigurah School Day Out

The day consisted of educating the students about the MWSRP's research, whale shark biology and their ecological importance. A snorkelling excursion was also part of the days activities after searching for an encounter with a whale shark.
One shark was encountered (WS026 'Uri') at Dhidhdhoo corner - the students followed the research team into the water to enjoy their first encounter with a whale shark.
